Jack Sloan, 84, a resident of Okmulgee, died 

Thursday, March 30, 2006 in Okmulgee. He was born 

Friday, March 17, 1922 to Henry H. Sr. and Lee (Nichols) 

Sloan in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Jack retired as a Lake 

Ranger with the Okmulgee Police Department. 

	

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

	

Survivors include: wife: Loretta Sloan; one son: David Sloan; 

three daughters: DeAnn, Kim and Kay Sloan; nine 

grandchildren: Missy Denney, Andria Flowers, Simon, 

David Lee, Michael and Sheldon Sloan; Ryan, Tanna and 

Kelly Johnson; three great grandchildren: Shayleigh and 

Layne Sloan and Jase Flowers. 

	

No Services are planned at this time. 

	

Arrangements are under the direction of the Shurden-Kelley 

Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
