Mary V. Spear, a resident of Tulsa, and former resident of Henryetta was born October 5, 1915 in , 

Oklahoma to Olivia and Fred Phariss.  She passed away July 14, 2006 at Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age 

of 90 years 9 months and 9 days.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church.  

She was preceded in death by her husband Arvel Spear.







She is survived by 



1 Daughter,  Sharon Gezelius, Winnepeg, Canada



2 Grandchildren,  Deb LeBlanc & husband Quinn, Winnepeg, Canada



Steve Gezelius, Hawaii



2 Great Grandchildren



1 Brother,  Harry Phariss, Indianapolis, Indiana



A host of friends, Nieces & Nephews, and other relatives







Interment will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 19, 2006 in Hillcrest Cemetery, Weleetka, 

Oklahoma under direction of Shurden Funeral Home.
