Faye Jane Stidman, a resident of Schulter was born July 17, 1934 in Stuart, Oklahoma 

to Ruth and Martin Luther Yandell.  She passed away Sunday, October 1, 2006 with her 

family by her side at the age of 72 years 2 months and 14 days.  She was married to 

Loyd Stidman in Schulter, Oklahoma on December 29, 1950.  



She was a Homemaker and a devoted wife. Faye was a member of Harvest Christian Center 

Church in Okmulgee.  She was preceded in death by both her parents, Martin & Ruth Yandell, 

sister, Lois West, brothers, Winton Yandell, and Cary Yandell, one son, Gerald Glen Stidman, 

and three grandchildren.  



She is survived by her husband, Loyd Stidman, of the home in Schulter; 



children, Loyd Dewayne Stidman & wife Phyllis, Preston; 



Janice Childers & husband Norman, Tulsa;



Donnie Stidman & wife Judy, Henryetta; 



Paula Maxwell & husband Samuel, Schulter;  



Sandra Stidman, Schulter;  



April Walker & husband Bart, Schulter; 



14 grandchildren, 



grandma Darlin will be missed by her15 great grandchildren, 



sister, Betty Pickett, Beggs; 



and a host of other relatives & friends





Pallbearers will be Steven Dewayne Diamond, Loyd Dewayne Stidman Jr., James Larry Benear IV, 

Jason Don Stidman, Rory David Naida Jr., Jimmy Benear, Honorary Pallbearers will be Norman 

Childers, Samuel Maxwell, Bart Walker, and Justin McKee.







A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 10:00 am at the Schulter 

Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Everett Lerch,  Rev. Paul Ramsey and Rev. George 

Christy. Burial will be at Salt Creek Cemetery under the direction of Shurden Funeral Home.
