He was born August 11, 1938 in Corinne. He was a retired truck driver who enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Thomas was recededin death by his wife, Betty Henson Thomas, and his father, Impson M. Thomas. Survivors include his mother, Lizzie David of Antlers, Oklahoma; six children, Donna, Cora, Kelly, and Jim, Jr., all of Oregon, and Terry and Krystal, both of Washington; five brothers, McNew I. Thomas and wife, Nadine, Wrightman W. Thomas and wife, Roslyn, Gerald D. "Chub" Thomas, and Lester B. Thomas, all of Antlers, and Impson M. Thomas, Jr., of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Ruby Harjo of Canyon Country, California and Hazel C. Wilson of Maywood, California, and 14 grandchildren. Kathy Pitts
