BEULAH TYLER

 

Beulah May Tyler, 88, a resident of Henryetta, died Wednesday, October 11, 2000.  She was born May 18, 1912 in Ellis County, OK to Arthur A. Pittman and Dora C. Doty Pittman.  She was married to 

W.C. Tyler on November 8, 1948 in Van Buren, AR.  She was a waitress and a cook at Patty Ann Restaurant for 17 years.  She was a member of the First Christian Church in Henryetta.

 

She is survived by her husband of the home, a son, Arthur Edgar Little of Ponca City, OK;  a daughter Evelyn C. Schmidt of Garner, NC;  two brothers,  Arlo Pittman of Jones, OK and  Henry Pittman of Del City, OK;  a sister, Roberta Thomolsin of Pueblo, CA; and one great grandchild.

 

Services will be held Friday, October 13, 2000 at 2 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Henryetta officiated by Rev. Spencer King.  Burial will be at the Westlawn Cemetery in Henryetta under the direction of the Shurden Funeral Home.
