NELL WALLACE

 

Nell Eula Wallace, longtime Okmulgee resident, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2000 at Bixby Manor at the age of 93.  She was born August 13, 1907 in Charleston, Arkansas to John T. and Kathryn (Mitchell) Carey.  She and her husband, Lloyd, ran the Wallace Furniture Store in Okmulgee for many years.

 

Mrs. Wallace Novas preceded in death  by her parents, husband, and a daughter, Ruth Marlene Wallace.

 

Survivors include a daughter, Janelle Brewer and her husband David of Bixby, two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

 

Funeral arrangements are pending with the McClendon Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
