A flower in the garden of life will not bloom this spring and the cards in a winning bridge hand will no longer be hers. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Alfred "Newc" Warburton. She is survived by three children, Mrs. Diane Hemphill of Garden City, ID, Mrs. Darcy Muir of Eagle Point, OR and Mr. Ted Warburton of Brisbane, CA, along with five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a niece Mrs. Jean Blanchard Laughlin. She was born to Mayes Mc Coy and Beulah Stroud Mc Coy in Kusa, OK, and graduated from Palo Alto High School, class of 1935. She married Newc in Monterey in 1940. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Velma Nelson, Cherry Smith and a brother Bud Mc Coy. She enjoyed gardening, bridge and the company of a wide variety of lifelong friends and family. She enjoyed the Rossmoor lifestyle and her independent freedom. She enjoyed a life well lived and will be missed. At her request no services will be held and any remembrances be in the form of a donation to a favorite charity of choice.
