Bush died at the age of 90 on December 12th at San Antonio Hospital after a brief illness from cancer and is now with the Lord. She was a long time resident of Ontario and Upland. Juanita was born April 18, 1916 in Oklahoma. She moved to California in 1937 where she met Reathel and they married in December. She was employed by General Electric Flat Iron Plant in Ontario until she retired in 1976 after 25 + years of service. After her retirement Reathel and Juanita toured the states in their motorhome with their most memorable trip being the Statue of Liberty and Niagara Falls Juanita's favorite hobbies were picture taking, collecting dolls and knitting/crocheting. She had a green thumb which was displayed by her beautifully colored flowers which attracted the hummingbirds which she enjoyed. Juanita also enjoyed activities at Ontario Elks Lodge 1419 where her husband was a member for 39 ye ars. Juanita was commonly seen with her husband at boat races, trap shoots and touring in their antique cars. She was an active member in the Pomona Valley Model A Club, Heartland A's and Riverside Model T Club over the past twenty years. She is survived by her son, Ray (Maureen) Bush of Alta Loma. Six grandsons: Todd and Brian Bush of Alta Loma, Chris (Nancy) Baker of Riverside, Michael (Cindy) Bush of Escondido, Jay (Debra) Bush of Washington, Dale (Terri) Baker of Utah. She has thirteen great-grandch ildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was so proud of all of her children and loved to communicate with them! She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Reathel Bush, and her son, Wayne Bush, of Alta Loma. Her brother, Troy Farmer, of Hemet and sister, Venita Nicholson of Yorba Linda, and parents, Susie and Estus Farmer of Ontario. Her smile will be missed by all who knew her and became her friend! She cherished her friends and now we will remember her as our guardian angel communic ating with us from above. Viewing is Friday, Dec. 15th from 4 to 8 p.m. followed by the funeral on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Drapers Mortuary in Ontario. A celebration will be held afterwards. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ontario Elks Lodge 1419. Draper Mortuary, Ontario is in charge of arrangements.
