Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Llano Cemetery with La Von Thompson, pastor of Life of Praise Fellowship, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Brown was born in Oklahoma. In 1940, she moved to Amarillo from Mangum, Okla. She had been the cafeteria manager at Austin Junior High School. She attended Life of Praise Fellowship. She married Jake Brown in 1965. Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Glenda Salvo of Fort Worth, Nora Parsons of East Alton, Ill., and Rita Williams and Cindy Brown, both of Amarillo; three sons, Jim Gable and Ken Brown, both of Amarillo and Dennis Brown of El Paso; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-greatgrandson. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79176-0001. The family will be at 2107 S. Pierce.
