All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Irene Pearl Burns Services: Tues., July 30, 10 a.m. Services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., for Irene Pearl Burns, 95, who passed away July 28, 2002. Tom Fulce and Rev. Don Wilkerson will officiate. Mrs. Burns was born on February 5, 1907, in Indian Territory, Oklahoma and resided in Kern County for 30 years. She was an educator for Lawndale School District. Mrs. Burns was a Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Church in Tehachapi for six years and a member of Central Baptist Church in Bakersfield for nine years. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her sisters, Opal Fulce and Vada Bull both of Bakersfield; 16 nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great- great-nieces and nephews. Casketbearers are Mike Clancey, Neil Fulce, Darren Fulce, Eric Fulce, Mark Justic, Randy Fulce, Ryan Fulce, Brent Fulce, and Brian Fulce.
