Preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, John Cecil; a son, Troy Cecil and a granddaughter, Terry Lynn Cecil. Loving mother of Neoma Yount (Don), George Cecil (Marge), Daisy Rose and Juanita Hinsz. Also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. A resident of Wilton for 60 years. A native of Oklahoma, aged 90 years. Friends are welcome for visitation Thursday, 4:00 P.M. til 8:00 P.M., after 9:00 A.M. on Friday and are invited to attend the funeral service also on Friday, December 22 at 11:00 A.M. in ELK GROVE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 9101 Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove, 686-1888. Interment will follow in South East Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, remembrances are preferred to the American Diabetes Association, 2720 Gateway Oaks Drive, Sacramento, CA 95827.
