Curtis V. Carpenter

Curtis V. Carpenter, 91, of Coalinga, died Dec. 17. He was born in 
Oklahoma and moved to California after marrying Lema Turner.

He worked for Shell Oil Company for 35 years.

Mr. Carpenter is survived by his brother, James Carpenter of 
Oklahoma; sisters, Rubene Clem of California and Neva Weedman of 
Arizona; daughters, Helen and Kathy Carpenter and her son, Jimmy 
Carpenter; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lema Carpenter; his daughter, 
Judy Carpenter; parents, Ross and Hester Carpenter; brothers, JD, 
Cecil and Gene Carpenter; and sister, Juanita Main.
