All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Greenlawn Cemetery--Bakersfield CA Doser, Ruth Allene "G-G" Ruth Allene Doser "G-G" Aug. 5, 1921 - Apr. 3, 2007 Greenlawn Mortuary A chapel serivce will be held Saturday, April 6, at 9:00 a.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd. Ruth Allene Doser was born in 1921, in Oklahoma, to Anthony V. and Martha S. Burden. She was raised in California with her younger brother, Joe, who still lives in Madera Ranchos. She spent the majority of her life in Bakersfield, where she and Jim made their first home and raised their three children and numerous grandchildren. She leaves behind her husband, James W. Doser; daughter and son-in-law, Jerri and Joe Hobbs of Bakersfield; son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Honey Sue Titus of Anaheim; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Theresa Doser of Bakersfield; special son, Paul McCord of Butler, AL; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews scattered throughout California and other states. Other than her grandmother duties, Ruth loved baseball, Bunko, lovingly playing the piano, and family gatherings. She will be remembered for her kind words, encouragement and unconditional love for everyone. Ruth had beautiful blue eyes that had the ability to only see the good in people, she is and will continue to be missed. Visitation will be held today, Friday, April 6, from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Chapel.
