Byrom Furr, 57, died Saturday, July 20, 2002, in Oklahoma. Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Nashville Funeral Home with Bruce Short and Tommy Higle officiating. Burial will be in County Line Cemetery. Mrs. Furr was born April 9, 1945, in Memphis, Texas. She attended County Line Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy; her mother, Grace Byrom of Mineral Springs; three sons, Greg Furr of Mineral Springs and Rodney Furr and Curtis Furr, both of Nashville; four sisters, Annie Landtroop and Joyce Scott, both of Mineral Springs, and Clara Furr and Barbara Short, both of Nashville; a grandchild; and two stepgrandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to The Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa, Okla.
