Iva is survived by three children, Derril Hood of Bakersfield, Dorothy McWhorter of Oklahoma, and Debbie Knight of Taft, CA. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Colby Lee, Cory Lee, Danny Hood, Jeanette Weller, and Tonya Gerrard, also by seven great grandchildren, Mason, Spencer, Kelsey, Dustin, Braydon, Shelby, Jason. She was preceded in death by her husband Omer Hood, a son William L. Hood, Brother, Odis Thresher, and two sisters Fannie Black and Buleah Morris. Iva will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. As she left us to continue our journey here on earth. She has entered a new journey with the Lord and her Loved ones.
