Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Southwest Church of Christ with Ben Mereness and Lynn Camp officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery at Pampa. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle. Mrs. Hampton was born in Falls, Okla., and had been a long-time Amarillo resident. She was a clerk for Phillips Petroleum Co. and a member of Southwest Church of Christ. She married Ercy Hampton on Aug. 21, 1971, in Amarillo. Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Patricia McClish of Canyon; a son, Joe Hampton of Amarillo; a sister, Leta Mae Lawson of Lubbock; a brother, Wayne Keeter of Hereford; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to High Plains Children's Home, 11461 S. Western, Amarillo, TX 79118; or to BSA Hospice & Life Enrichment Center, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79176-0001.
