Rick grew up in San Lorenzo, CA. When he was young, he was often called "Twin", as most people couldn't tell him apart from his identical twin brother, Russ. He moved to Oklahoma when he was in his early 20's, and later to Livingston, Texas. He worked for Kirby Inland Marine out of Houston. With his strong work ethic and undeniable determination, he made Captain; a position he proudly held for many years. Though he ran a tight ship, he was admired and respected by all those who worked with him. He was a good friend to many, and was known for his generosity and willingness to always lend a hand. Rick never let the miles that separated him from his family stop him from keeping in close contact with them. His many phone calls and his quirky sense of humor will be dearly missed! Rick is survived by his parents, Lowell & Phyllis Henry of San Lorenzo, and his sister and brother-in-law, Carol & Jim Smith, of Gifford, WA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and his brother, Russ. Donations may be made in his name to the Diabetes or Liver Foundations, or the charity of your choice. Published in the ANG Newspapers from 3/10/2007 - 3/11/2007. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Unknown County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/okstate.html
