Ernest Ray Kovar

PLAINVIEW - Ernest Ray Kovar, 46, died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, in
Lubbock.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Bartley-Silva Funeral Home Chapel with
the Rev. Robert Malcolm, minister from Weatherford, officiating. Burial will be
in Plainview Memorial Park.

Mr. Kovar married Elizabeth Marsh on July 19, 1985, in Plainview. He was a
Baptist.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Ernest Lee Kovar of Plainview and
Tarrance Ray Kovar of Lubbock; a stepdaughter, Amy Lynn Gibson of
Doyline, La.; a stepson, George Quincy Gann of Doyline; a brother, Gary
Kovar of Plainview; and two sisters, Shirley Scarber of Hobbs, N.M., and
Gwendolyn Wall of Oklahoma.
