Loving mother of William Offill of Monte Rio, Winston Offill of Cedar Pines Park, Philip Offill of Eugene, OR, Pamela Diagorano of Paradise, Bonita Graham of Windsor and Stephanie O'Connell of Monte Rio; cherished grandmother of 23 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Also survived by brother Otha Smith.
