Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Billy Holland, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger. Mr. Ownbey was born on the banks of the Washita River in Indian Territory. He had been a Stinnett resident for 95 years. He was a rancher and a farmer. He was a member of First Christian Church of Stinnett and was a founder of the Stinnett Kiwanis. Survivors include two daughters, Jean Chisum of Stinnett and Johnnie Ray Manning of Fairfax, Va.; two sisters, Buelah Ben Bort of Gruver and Ona Faye Watkins of Spearman; three grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren. The family will be at 400 Lariat Street in Stinnett. They request memorials be to a favorite charity. The body will be available for viewing at Brown's Memorial Chapel in Stinnett.
