All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Roberson, Sally Jean 1937 - 2005 Sally Jean Roberson, 67, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday, June 13, 2005. Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Friday in Greenwood Chapel. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Memorials: Vista Care Hospice, 5424 Rufe Snow Dr., Ste. 414; or Rape Crisis Center, 1723 Hemphill St., Fort Worth, Texas 76110. Sally Roberson was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Oklahoma. She was the beloved wife of Gene Carlos Roberson for 42 years. He preceded her in death June 28, 1998. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Charlsey Harvey, on Dec. 31, 1998. She was a beloved mother of five children. Sally worked at White Settlement Hospital. She was a rape crisis counselor and Girl Scout leader. Survivors: Children, Donnie and Cindy Roberson of Weatherford; Dan Roberson of Florida, Carla and Tony Scarlato of Westworth Village, Carol and Roy Thieme of Paradise and Connie Roberson of Westworth Village; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Fred Harvey and wife, Karen Harvey; nephews, Jay and Kip Harvey; niece, Leslie Montminy; sister, Peggy Blandford; nephews, Bill Van Devender and Scott Van Devender; longtime friend, Jackie Moran.
