Lorene C. Rasmuss

Lorene C. Rasmuss, 83, of Amarillo died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2002.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors
Memorial Chapel, Fifth Avenue and Pierce Street, with Bill Browning, pastor of
Broadway Baptist Church in Fritch, officiating. Burial will be in Memory
Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Rasmuss moved to Fritch in 1980 from Amarillo and moved back to
Amarillo in April. She married Wesley S. Rasmuss on Aug. 6, 1956, in Indiana.
She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church in Fritch and was a
homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Lucille Hodge of Amarillo and
Mary Lou Dockery of Tampa, Fla.; a son, Timmy Rasmuss of Lubbock; a
sister, Margerit Lamb of Oklahoma; 18 grandchildren; and 20
great-grandchildren.
