Randolph Services: Thurs., Jan. 2, 10:30 a.m. Services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., for Glenn A. Randolph, 80, who passed away December 27, 2002. Chaplain Gary Bashor and the Kern County Veterans Association will officiate. Glenn was born in Waverly, Missouri on August 4, 1922. He grew up in Oklahoma and came to California in 1940. Glenn joined the Army Air Force in 1942 and flew light bombers in combat missions in the South Pacific and the Philippines. Glenn was a member of the American Legion Post #26 and F.O.E., Aerie #93 for over 35 years. He was a welder and mechanic by trade. He enjoyed bowling and golf and had a love for all forms of auto racing and aviation. Glenn was preceded in death by his first wife, Maxine. He is survived by his present wife, Sylvia; sister, Irene Moore of Castro Valley, CA; stepdaughters, Sherry Krueger and husband, Cecil and Carrie Hunt and husband, Ed; stepson, Bill Hudson and many nieces, nephews and stepgrandchildren.
