All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Napa Valley Register Doug Stallcop Tuesday, December 30, 2003 NAPA Nolan "Doug" Stallcop, 77, passed away at Queen of the Valley Hospital, Friday, Dec. 26, 2003. Doug was born and raised in the state of Oklahoma. He moved to California in 1938 and settled in Richmond, and later moved to Napa in 1974. He saw active duty in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He served from 1942 to 1946 in the South Pacific. Doug worked for Moore Business Forms for 20 years, and Ford Motor Parts Division in Richmond for almost 25 years before retiring in 1986. He was a member of Napa SIRS #105. He loved all sports and was an avid golfer before his death. He is survived by his four children, Mike and Judy of Arkansas, Sandy of Rainer, Wash., and Doug Jr. of Napa; 11 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Stallcop in 1986. He also leaves his long time companion, Betty Relzloff. At the request of the deceased no service will be held. Interment at Rolling Hills Cemetery in El Cerrito.
