Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Southeast Baptist Church with Dallas Stringer, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Ms. Trimble was born March 25, 1934, in Artesia, N.M., to James and Lavora Mayden. She was raised in Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, but did occasionally work outside the home as a chef. Cooking was her passion. She cooked for Polk Street United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and painting. In the past few years she became computer savy, e- mailing friends, family and researching genealogy. She was very knowledgeable and could have succeeded at anything. She was sweet. Survivors include a daughter, Carmen Trimble Keesee and husband, Scott, of Amarillo; two sons, David Allen Trimble and wife, Elaine, and Dallas Lee Trimble, all of Amarillo; a sister, Judy Hiner of San Diego; two brothers, Sterling Mayden of Los Angeles and Don Mayden of Blackwell, Okla.; numerous nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren, Jerod, Joshua, and Whitney Keesee and David and Jeffery Trimble. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Francis Trimble Burchfield on Feb. 3, 1999; and two brothers, Edwin and Warren Lee Mayden.
