Washington April 17, 1919 ~ December 8, 2006 Carmel Valley – Clifford H. Washington, age 87, was born in Oklahoma. He moved to California in the late 1940's. He was a long time resident of Carmel Valley and a Chef at Will's Fargo Restaurant. He loved Carmel very much and wanted to stay as long as he could. He passed away on December 8, 2006 in San Diego, where he had been moved to be closer to his daughter. He is survived by his daughter, Saundra Bryant, who lives in San Diego and granddaughter, Anitra Bryant, who lives in Richmond, CA. The family thanks all the people who cared for him and all the friends who visited him before and after his move to assisted living.
