"Hank" Workman, 69, died Friday, March 13, 1998. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in First Assembly of God with the Rev. Elwyn Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. Workman was born in St. John, Kan. He had lived in the Perryton area since 1960, moving from Oklahoma. He was a self-employed salvage dealer. He was a member of First Assembly of God. He married Lora Brown in 1949 at Raton, N.M. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Nellie Helfenbien of Perryton and Robbie Sparks of Pampa; three sisters, Merle Sanders of Wichita, Kan., Juanita Cotton of Bartlesville, Okla., and Anna Mendenhall of Red Oak, Okla.; four brothers, Paul Workman, George Workman and Raymond Workman, all of Bartlesville, and J.D. Workman of Okmulgee, Okla.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.
