Born in Oklahoma, the central valley was home. A WWII veteran, he worked as a Brick Mason; was past Secretary of the CA Bricklayers Union and past President of the Amblers Club. An avid golfer, bowler and fisherman, he enjoyed dancing and all sports. George was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy and son, Ronald. He is survived by his children, Carlene Kilpatrick of Sun City, AZ, Deeda Cearley of Patterson and Gregory Weitz of Sacramento; 4 sisters; 1 brother; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
