CERTIFICATE This is to certify that I have surveyed laid out and staked into blocks, and lots, streets and alleys, a part of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Sec. 27, Township 29N, Range 10E of I.M. and that this plat is a true and correct presentation of said survey. That we have caused a part thereof to be surveyed, laid out staked and platted into blocks and lots, streets, and alleys as shown on this plat, same to be known as BOULANGER, OKLAHOMA. The streets, avenues and alleys are hereby dedicated to the use and benefits of the public forever. The blocks and lots are reserved for sale, subject to reservation of oil, gas, coal and other minerals to the Osage Tribe of Indians by Act of congress June 28th, 1906.
