The proper identification of rights-of-way for streets, dedicated but unimproved, is made in the legend on Plate S1-2 attached. This plate supersedes Plate 2 of the approved design memorandum. 7. A revised summary of costs, revised estimate of costs resulting from the deletion of concrete-lined ditches and changes in drainage structures, and a revised comparison of estimated costs to the latest approved estimate are presented in Paragraphs 10 through 12 and Tables S1-2 and S1-3 of this supplement, which supersede in its entirety Section IV of the approved design memorandum. 8. The town jail will be relocated by the Town of Osage under a cost reimbursable contract in accordance with Finding by the Chief of Engineers, dated 14 September 1960, pursuant to Section III of Public Law 85-500. The contract will provide for the construction, at Government expense, of a facility of adequate utility and equivalent to that of the existing facility, with the cost of any betterments being a specific obligation of the Town. 9. In the event the gas distribution system, described in Paragraph 2-05 of the approved design memorandum, is abandoned due to failure of the Town of Osage to obtain an approved supply of gas, it is proposed that a nominal amount be paid to the Town of Osage for abandonment of that part of the distribution system within the reservoir limits. This proposal is considered to be in harmony with Paragraph 53-601, ER 1180-1-1, Change 12, dated 26 October 1959. 10. A summary of estimated costs in accordance with the uniform classification is presented in Table S1-2, following: Source: Keystone Dam and Reservoir Arkansas River, Oklahoma Design Memorandum No. 53 Relocation of Municipal Facilities Osage, Oklahoma U.
