It was moved by Councilman H. L. Bradshaw that the resolution be adopted as read and the same is approved and authority granted for its execution by the Mayor and attestation by the Town Clerk, which motion was duly seconded by Councilman George W. Faught and the vote being taken thereon resulted as follows, the signature of each Councilman being affixed thereto after his vote is registered. Councilman George W. Faught voted Yes Councilman Pearl Perry voted Yes Councilman H. L. Bardshaw voted Yes Councilman Jack Cavin voted Yes Thereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution unanimously adopted and directed the Town Clerk of the Town of Osage to attest the same and impress the Seal of the Town of Osage, Oklahoma, thereto. /s/ Francis F.
