ANDREWS has been appointed census enumerator for the portion of Black Dog twp composed of Twp 22 & 23 to R's 8 & 9 and that part of twp 21 in R's 7 * 8 and twp 21 in ranges 7 & 8 & twp 22 ranges 6 & 7 lying North and East of the Ark. River and excluding the original town of Hominy. W. T. HULL has the terr east of the Andrews district extending to the county line. Van SWEARINGER of Nelongony has Hominy. Mr. ANDREWS has a large district possibly as large and harder to work than any in the state. He will have all the additions to Hominy, Osage City with many miles of driving besides he must handle 5 Indian camps and when it comes to getting the information desired by Uncle Sam from this number of Indians very few of them speaking English, he will require the full time limit the enumeration begins April 15th.
