Glenna S. (Revard) Choice, 84, of Pawhuska, died at 6:15 p.m. 
Saturday at the Pawhuska Hospital.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate 
Conception Catholic Church in Pawhuska. Cremation arrangements were 
under the direction of the Cremation Society of Oklahoma in Tulsa.

A memorial has been established to the Oklahoma Medical Research 
Foundation, 825 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104.

Survivors include her husband, Alvin D., of the home in Pawhuska; a 
son and daughter-in-law, Robert F. and Emily Wyly of Addison, Texas; 
four daughters and three sons-in-law, Marti and Bill Bills of 
Pawhuska, Glenna and John Bone of Pawhuska, Pamela Taylor of Hominy, 
and Laura and Stan Crawford of Watauga, Texas; a brother, Robert 
Francis Revard of San Diego, Calif.; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-
grandchildren.
