Funeral services were held April 20, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., in the First Baptist Church, Wynona, with interment at 2:00 p.m., in the Grenola (Kansas) Cemetery. Anna was born December 26, 1917, in Chautauqua County, Kansas, the daughter of Charley and Mary Jane (Leonard) Stiles and married John O. Moore, March 8, 1934 in Howard, Kansas. Anna was a member of the First Baptist Church, Wynona and VFW (Veteran's of Foreign Wars) Auxiliary. Surviving were her husband, John O. Moore; one son, John Richard Moore of Wynona; four daughters, Jane Johnson and Patsy Lay of Wynona, Jean Thornton of Pawhuska, Oklahoma and Carol Neely of Joshua, Texas; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Dale Moore. Johnson Funeral Directors, Pawhuska, were in charge of arrangements.
