Mrs. Spicer was born April 30, 1927, in Dahinda, Illinois, the daughter of Fred and Dorothy (Kimer) Clark. August 10, 1961, in Galesburg, Illinois, she married John Albert Spicer who preceded her in death on September 4, 1990. Survivors include: three sons, John Spicer and Jim Clark both of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, and Bob Fuller of Glenpool, Oklahoma; a daughter, Penny Lyons of Pawhuska; her mother, Dorothy Clark of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren anda host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services were held October 29, in the Pawhuska City Cemetery with Reverend Mike Franklin of the Assembly of God Church officiating. Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
