CAROL ELAINE JOHNSON

OCNS - April 23, 2002 - Carol Elaine Johnson, 73, wife of Pawhuska, 
Oklahoma native and Academy Award Winner Ben "Son" Johnson, of Mesa, 
Arizona, died March 27, 1994, following an extended illness.

Services were held March 30, 1994, in the Bunker's Garden Chapel, Mesa, 
Arizona, under the direction of Bunker Mortuary.

Graveside rites were held April 1, in the Pawhuska (Oklahoma) Cemetery 
under the direction of Johnson's Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Johnson was born October 20, 1920 in Sherman Oaks, California.   She 
and Ben had lived in Mesa since 1989.
