CARMELITA ANN BOYD

OCNS - May 20, 2002 - Lifelong resident of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Carmelita 
Ann Boyd, 64, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2002, in the Jane Phillips 
Medical Center, Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

"Carmie" was born June 23, 1937 in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the daughter of 
Arthur M. "Mick" and Ann Rose (Garen) Boyd.   Both parents preceded her in 
death.   She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and 
had been a client of the Osage County HELP Workshop for many years.

Rosary will be recited Sunday, May 19, at 7:30 p.m., in the Johnson 
Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Sam Campbell officiating.   Funeral 
services were held Monday at 10:00 a.m., in the Johnson Funeral Home 
Chapel with Don Stephens officiating.   Interment was in the Pawhuska City 
Cemetery with Father Leonard Higgins performing graveside committal rites. 

Johnson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
