Cynthia was born March 14, 1969, in Cushing, Oklahoma, the daughter of Michael Lee and Nancy Lee (Phillips) Hawes. She married Joe Duane Collins in October of 1991 in Harrison, Arkansas. Survivors include: Her husband, Joe Collins and her daughter, Chelsea Collins, both of the home; her parents, Michael and Nancy Hawes of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; her sister, Michelle Moles and husband, Steve, of Hominy, Oklahoma; her brother, Brian Hawes and wife, Maggie, of Barnsdall, Oklahoma; her grandparents, Howard and Ann Phillips of Cushing, Oklahoma and Bonnie Hawes of Bristow, Oklahoma; her mother-in-law, Sharon Baker, of Branson, Missouri and her grandmother-in-law, June Radcliff, of Kirbyville, Missouri; her sister-in-law, Sissy Phillips, and husband, Don, of Wichita, Kansas; eight nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 7, in the Assembly of God Church, Wynona, Oklahoma with Reverend David Downing officiating. Interment will be in the Pawhuska City Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home, Pawhuska, is in charge of arrangements.
