Deborah was born to Charley and Velma "Jerri" (Bay) Helvey, April 6, 1951 in Salina, Oklahoma and died at her home Friday, February 18, 2000 at the age of 48, while surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Debbie was a homemaker and adored her kids and family and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her,She enjoyed listening to the 1960's Rock and Roll music as a hobby. She had been a member of the Hominy, Oklahoma community for three years, moving there from Casa Grande, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her adobtive parents, Harley and Mona Mason. Survivors include her husband, Ivan of the home in Hominy; three sons, Michael Dalgarn and Shawn McCullough both of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Evan Dale McCullough of Pacacho, Arizona; three daughters, Janea and Jerri McCullough of the home in Hominy and Debbie Lee Mumme of Arizona City, Arizona; three brothers, Dennis Helvey of Muskogee, Oklahoma; Charley Helvey, Jr., and Tony Helvey both of Cushing, Oklahoma; three sisters, Glenda Gullett of Cushing, Oklahoma; Virginia L. Daniels of Colcord, Oklahoma and Carol Carmichael of Muskogee, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Shipman Funeral Home and Crematory of Wagoner, Oklahoma.
