Mrs. Mohney was born March 6, 1907 in Ralston, Oklahoma, the daughter of Alfred Eugene and Veletta May (Rose) Brown and April 5, 1926, in Pawnee, Oklahoma, married Charles W. Mohney who preceded her in death July 1, 1975. Mrs. Mohney was a member of the Catholic Church and, for many years, lived in Little Chief, Oklahoma, where Mr. Mohney was employed by Phillips Petroleum Company. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a son, Charles L. "Bud" Mohney. Survivors include a niece, Bettye F. Boone of Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Mass was celebrated Thursday, May 3, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pawhuska, Oklahoma with Father Leonard Higgins officiating. Burial was in the Grandview Cemetery in Kaw City, Oklahoma. Arrangements were under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home, Pawhuska.
