"DUB" CARR OCNS - Archives - E.W. "Dub" Carr former resident of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, died April 15, 1994, in the University Hospital, Oklahoma City, following an extended illness. Funeral Mass was held Monday, April 18, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Joseph Mazaika officiating. Interment was in the Pawhuska City Cemetery. Dub was born September 8, 1937, in Pawhuska, the son of Harry and Cooie (McKee) Carr. He attended Pawhuska schools and was a member of the Catholic Church. June 17, 1979, in Clinton, Oklahoma, Dub married Pat Cass, who survived at the home in Oklahoma City. Also surviving were a daughter, Deborah Cantrell of Lake Charles, Louisiana; a step-son, Mike Lehr of Oklahoma City; a step-daughter, Sherri Crittenden of Oklahoma City; eleven grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Carolyn Cabiness and a brother, Freeman Carr. Johnson Funeral Home, Pawhuska, was in charge of arrangements.
