She was born in Hominy, July 17, 1915, one of five Hendrix daughters. She graduated from Hominy in 1932. She then moved to the Tacoma, WA area in 1940 and has resided there since that time. She is survived by her children, Chester W. and wife Betty Hasting of Milton, WA; Marvin D. and wife Barbara Hasting of Federal Way, WA; Milton C. and wife Norma Hasting Jr. of Spanaway, WA; three sisters, Vivian Cole of Rosemont, CA; Marie Moore of Hominy; and Evelyn Powell of Marsville, WA; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A special thank you to the Franciscan Hospice for their kind and loving care. Funeral services were conducted on Tues., Oct. 30, 2001 at Fir Lane Funeral Chapel.
