He entered into rest on July 20, 2001 at the Hominy Nursing Home. He was 72 years old. Floyd was a former Reserve Officer for the Cushing Police Department. He was a member of the 45th Infantry Division Reserves. He fought in Army at the Korean War. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing. Floyd is survived by two brothers: Jim and wife Shirley Blue of Tulsa, Jack and wife Flora Blue of Tulsa; one son Bobby Blue of California; one daughter, Peggy Blue of Locust Grove, and three grandchildren. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and two brothers. Services were held Monday July 23, 2001 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of Powell Funeral Home.
