All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ==================================================================== Josephine Freeman Former Ventura resident Mrs. Josephine Freeman, 69, of Spokane, Wash., died Wednesday at home after a brief illness. Mrs. Freeman was born Dec. 24, 1902, in Pawhuska, Okla., and lived in Ventura for 30 years until moving to Spokane in 1960. She was a homemaker. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Billie Van Horn of Ventura, Mrs. Zola Mae Francissotty of Ojai, and Mrs. Shirley Tipke of Spokane; one sons, C. O. Miller of Cottonwood, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Charles Carroll Chapel of the Good Shepherd with V. H. McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park.
