GARY WAYNE WILSON

OCNS - February 25, 2002 - Pawhuska, Oklahoma, resident, Gary Wayne Wilson, 
54, passed away Friday, February 22, in the Jane Phillips Hospital, 
Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Mr. Wilson was born December 16, 1947, in Dermott, Arkansas, the son of 
Ira and Velma (Nichols) Wilson.   He was a member of the American Indian 
Church, Pawhuska Elks Lodge #2542 and Pipeliner's Union #798.

Survivors include:   Two daughters, Vanessa Wilson, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and 
Tiffaney Wilson, Pawhuska; a granddaughter, Alexandria Wilson, Pawhuska, 
and a host of other family and friends.

Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thad Wilson.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 26, at 2:00 p.m., in the 
Pawhuska City Cemetery with Pastor Julie Sherrock of the First United 
Methodist Church officiating. 

Mr. Wilson will lie in state at the family residence located at 1312 
Sunset, Pawhuska, until service time Tuesday.
