Funeral services were held Saturday, May 25, at the First Baptist Church of Shidler with former pastor, Mark Hester, officiating. Burial was in the Grandview Cemetery at Kaw City, Oklahoma under the direction of the Hunsaker-Wooten Funeral Home of Fairfax, Oklahoma. Helen was born March 25, 1914, in Vinita, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ira Reich and Hattie Andrews Reich. She was a graduate of Lefores (Texas) High School and married Frank O. Lawrence January 25, 1936, in Stinnett, Texas. She had lived the past four years in Broken Arrow. Mrs. Lawrence was a member of the First Baptist Church of Shidler, where, in earlier years, she had been very active. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Bickerstaff of Broken Arrow, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, six sisters, Sadie Cathey, Myra Coleman, Maude Wells, Florence Chappell, Agnes Snider and Jean Pauly; and three brothers, Frank Reich, Earl Reich and O.M. "Bill" Reich.
