John Albert Pebeck, Jr.

John Albert Pebeck Jr. was born Aug. 21, 1944 in Sapulpa to John Sr. and 
Blanch Mae Lytle Pebeck.  On Sept. 4, 2002 he passed away in Cleveland.  
He was 58 years old.

John met Josie Basmayor and they were united in marriage in 1993.  They 
lived in the Philippines from 1994 till 1997.  They have since made their 
home in Hominy.  They attended the Nazarene Church in Hominy.  John owned 
a sporting goods store and worked as a gunsmith in his working days.  He 
has since enjoyed his time at home with his family.

John leaves behind his wife Josie of the home, three sons John Pebeck III 
of Grand Island, NE, Michael Pebeck of Hastings, NE, Ben Pebeck of the 
home, two daughters Misty Pebeck of Utah, and Tiffany Pebeck of the home, 
four grandchildren, Ryan John, Jordan, Kalie and Griffin, plus other 
relatives and friends.

His parents, one brother, and two sisters preceded John in death.  Services 
for John were held Sat. Sept. 7, 2002 at 1 p.m. at A. J. Powell Memorial 
Cemetery in Hominy.  Pastor Harold Johnson of the Church of the Nazarene 
officiated the services.  The family entrusted Powell Funeral Home with 
service arrangements.
