JUDY CAROL DIAZ

OCNS - May 17, 2001 - Judy Carol Diaz, 54, passed Tuesday, May 15, at her 
home in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, following an extended illness.

Judy was born November 24, 1947, in Elgin, Kansas, the daughter of Ralph 
and Gladys Irene (Waggie) Bohannon and on October 9, 1990, she married 
Jessie R. Diaz in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on 
July 22, 1993.

Survivors are: two sons, Allen Ray Bohannon of Rocky Face, Georgia, and 
Charles A. Beard of Pawhuska; two daughters, Patricia Irene Beard and 
Angela Marie Diaz both of Pawhuska; three sisters, Shirley Jean Bohannon 
of Bartlesville, Patricia Ann Broan of Hominy, Oklahoma, and Wilda Irene 
Williams of Pawhuska; a brother, Ralph Bohannon, Jr., of Missouri; seven 
grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Judy was preceded in death by a 
brother, Charlie Bohannon.

Graveside services will be held Friday, May 18, at 10:00 a.m., in the Oak 
Grove Cemetery, east of Elgin, Kansas.

Johnson Funeral Home of Pawhuska is in charge of arrangments.
