BECK OCNS - September 10, 2002 - Longtime resident of the Pawhuska, Oklahoma area, Johnnie A. Beck, 71, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2002 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Johnnie was born February 1, 1931 in Kaw City, Oklahoma, the son of John and Ellen Irene (Winkleman) Beck. He was preceded in death by his father on November 17, 1973 and his mother on June 28, 2002. He was a heavy equipment operator and truck driver. Survivors include: His daughter, Nicole' Brown of Sand Springs; three granddaughters, Toni Brown and Shananae Brown of Sand Springs and Desiree Graves and her husband, Danny of Tulsa; a great-grandson, A.J. Graves of Tulsa, and numerous other family and friends, including special friend, Carla Parker. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2002, in the Nelagoney Cemetery, Nelagoney, Oklahoma with Reverend Ron Hay officiating. Johnson Funeral Home, Pawhuska, is in charge of arrangements.
