It is a Okla. newspaper, unnamed and it is not dated. JOHN GULLETT DIES AT HIS HOME 1974 A long time Pawhuska, Okla. Resident, JOHN W. GULLETT, age 72, died in his home at 128 Wells Ave. of a sudden illness. Services conducted today at 2pm in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. John Gullett was a retired employee of Steves Master Station where he had worked many years. John W. Gullett was born Oct. 21, 1902 in Nashville, Tennessee and was the son of Joseph Crockett Gullett and Rachael Tennessee TAYLOR Gullett. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Pawhuska, okla. Survivors include his father, Joseph Crockett Gullett of Pawhuska Nursing Home, three brothers, Cecil Gullett and George Gullett of Pawhuska and Charles Haskell Gullett of Williamington, Calif.; two sisters; Mrs Elizabeth (john) AMES of Bartlesville, Okla. and Mrs. Louise SWARTZ of Alma, MO. Burial was in the Pawhuska City Cemetery in Pawhuska, Okla. Osage County.
